Tiril Eckhoff’s incredible winning streak continues. With the sixth World Cup victory in sprint in a row and the eleventh victory of this season the Norwegian is almost unstoppable. Despite one penalty loop she wins the 7.5 km women’s sprint in Nove Mesto ahead of Denise Herrmann in second place and Dorothea Wierer who takes bronze.<\/p>\n

With her victory she proves her dominance and her extra class, marches with giant steps towards the overall World Cup and extends her lead to her pursuers. Marte Olsbu, who started as second in the overall World Cup before the race, already shot herself out of the medals with two mistakes in the prone position, finished 14th with 46.7 seconds behind and thus lost further ground and points for the overall ranking. Franziska Preuss convinced once again in the cross-country skiing and finished with only one mistake in an excellent fourth place. With this result she has a good starting position for the pursuit race with a gap of 17.3 seconds and the DSV breathes a sigh of relief with this and the top result of Denise Herrmann.<\/p>\n

Justine Braisaz once again with a rocket ski and a great run result finished twelfth but showed weakness again at the shooting range with two penalty loops. Young Ida Lien justified her nomination for the team with 15th place, her team mate Ingrid Tandrevold finished 17th. For Julia Simon it was still enough for 20th place with a gap of 1.08,7 minutes. With the 24th victory of her career Tiril Eckhoff shows that she is the athlete to beat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Die unfassbare Siegesserie von Tiril Eckhoff nimmt weiterhin ihren Lauf. Mit dem sechsten Weltcupsieg im Sprint in Folge und dem elften Sieg dieser Saison ist die Norwegerin kaum mehr zu stoppen. Trotz einer Strafrunde gewinnt sie den 7,5 Km Damensprint von Nove Mesto vor Denise Herrmann als Zweite und Dorothea Wierer, die sich mit Bronze schm\u00fcckt.<\/div>\n

Mit Ihrem Sieg stellt sie ihre Dominanz und ihre Extraklasse unter Beweis, marschiert mit Riesenschritten in Richtung Gesamtweltcup und baut ihre F\u00fchrung weiter auf ihre Verfolgerinnen aus. Marte Olsbu, vor dem Rennen als zweite im Gesamtweltcup an den Start gegangen, schoss sich bereits im Liegend Anschlag mit zwei Fehler aus dem Medaillen, belegte mit 46,7 Sekunden R\u00fcckstand Platz 14 und verliert damit weiter an Boden und Punkte um die Gesamtwertung. Franziska Preuss \u00fcberzeugte wieder einmal in der Loipe belegte, mit nur einem Fehler, einen ausgezeichneten vierten Rang. Damit verschafft sie sich mit einem R\u00fcckstand von 17,3 Sekunden eine gute Ausgangsposition f\u00fcr das Verfolgungsrennen und der DSV atmet mit diesem und dem Top-Ergebnis von Denise Herrmann erstmal wieder auf.<\/div>\n

Die junge Ida Lien rechtfertigte mit Platz 15 ihre Nominierung f\u00fcr das Team, ihrer Teamkollegin Ingrid Tandrevold belegt Rang 17. F\u00fcr Julia Simon reichte es mit einem R\u00fcckstand von 1.08,7 Minuten noch zu Platz 20. Mit dem 24. Sieg ihrer Karriere zeigt Tiril Eckhoff, dass sie die Athletin ist, die es zu schlagen gilt.<\/div>\n

Mein Sieg freut mich nat\u00fcrlich sehr, nur \u00e4rgert mich mein Schie\u00dffehler, so hatte ich der Konkurrenz wieder die Chance auf den Sieg gegeben. Ich habe wieder schnell meine Rhythmus gefunden und konnte mein Rennen durchziehen. Ich glaube heute habe ich wieder einen weiteren Schritt in Richtung Gesamtweltcup gemacht.\u201c<\/div>\n<\/blockquote>\n
