French biathlete Anntonin Guigonnat has been wearing KinetiXx gloves since this season. Last year he finished 23rd in the overall World Cup. In the races he is always good for a surprise and places himself in a top position. In the interview he gives us some insights.
Welcome to the KinetiXx Team, how did you decide to ski with KinetiXx gloves?
I have chosen KinetiXx gloves because they have the best fit to shoot well in winter.
How did you get into biathlon?
Just cross-country skiing was a bit too boring for me. Shooting was much more challenging and for me it's an exciting game, so I chose biathlon.
What is your top tip for all young athletes to make it to the national team?
Trust in your own process. Choose your own way. Listen to all the advice from others, but in the end, you decide to do what you think is right. For me it is the fun way and not the hard way.
What are your goal for the next season?
Even though I'm not German, I want to see the Oberhof crowd cheering on me during the World Championships and do a respectable race there.
